Ale'ta and Allan Conversation Starters are for engaged and married couples. We hope each card fosters growth and sparks great conversations! Couples receive 15 conversation starters along with an engagement activity or words of wisdom. There is one instructional card included as well.

Event planner

Based upon customized proposals — This package covers research, vendor management, day-of coordination and assistance with determining visionary concepts/styling.

This service is ideal for clients, who require more hands-on assistance and event planning research.

Day-of Coordinator

$1,500 investment — On-site coordination and supervision for up to 10 hours including assistance with set up, break down, supervision at the ceremony and during the reception. Visit to the venue site prior to celebration. Development of a detailed timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors. Coordinating and managing vendors, caterers and musicians. Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the special event. It is $100 for each additional hour for this investment package. BONUS: We provide one additional Day-of Assistant to help manage the day-of special event tasks.

This service is ideal for clients, who have already secured key vendors and their venue.

Starts at $150 — Need assistance with communicating with your vendors? We can manage communications and follow up on your behalf. This service also applies to event / team member management. This service is ideal for clients, who have already secured key vendors and their venue.

Research

Starts at $150 — Quality research analysis and comparison for three different professionals in a particular industry that fits your style and budget. Clients are requested to choose which vendor to be researched including but not limited to: caterers, bakers, videographers, photographers, entertainment artists/DJs or venues.

project / event consulting

Starts at $50 and up — Looking to make a statement? We offer consultation services for your special events, projects + marketing needs. Combine any two services for $360. Note: Clients are responsible for printing costs.
