WEDDING & SPECIAL EVENTS PLANNER
Ideal for clients who desire a long-term working relationship over the course of the event planning process.
Monthly conference calls or consultation meetings, Vendor Analysis and Event Design.
DAY-OF EVENT COORDINATOR
On-site coordination and supervision including assistance with set up, break down and supervision at the event. Ideal for clients who desire a team player on the day of their wedding and special event.
Past event management include:
Conferences with 350 attendees
Intimate weddings and receptions with guests up to 150
Social events/celebrations
Statewide Florida workforce development job fairs which required building and maintaining partnerships with employers, institutions and community organizations
DAY-OF SPECIAL PROJECTS SUPPORT
We will serve as an extension on your existing team and provide support for your special projects! Past special projects includes on-site tech for special events and event production.
